Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art

Located in Gateshead, it is internationally known centre for contemporary art. Baltic has no permanent collection and hosts diverse exhibitions by various artists, from blockbusters to innovative works. This is not only an exhibition centre, but also can host corporate events and conferences, weddings and other special occasions.

Durham County Cricket Club

About 30 minutes drive from Newcastle the city Durham is home to the Durham County Cricket Club. Besides hosting cricket games, the venue offers variety of hospitality programs, suitable for meetings, weddings and team building activities.

About 25 minute drive from Newcastle you can get to Beamish and enjoy the open air museum. The museum tells the social history of the people of the North East of England during three historic periods. It engages the visitors with the heritage and provides a learning experience. The museum is used as an event venue and offers rooms for private hire as well as organises public events.
